This website (doctrixlabs.com, together with doctrixlab.com) provides information about our laboratory and diagnostic services and allows you to contact us or request a booking, including via WhatsApp and telephone. The content is provided for general information and to help you reach us; it does not form a binding offer, and the availability of any test or service is confirmed with you directly.

Using this website does not create a doctor–patient relationship. Test results we provide are intended to be interpreted by a qualified healthcare professional, and you should always consult your physician about your results and any health concerns. 04Bookings & services

• Requests made through the website, WhatsApp, or telephone are enquiries; a booking is confirmed only once we acknowledge it directly.
• Home sample collection, including any “1-hour” collection, is subject to your location, timing, technician availability, and operational conditions, and cannot be guaranteed in every case.
• All testing and clinical procedures are carried out in line with applicable Dubai Health Authority (DHA) standards and our professional judgement.
• We may decline or reschedule a service where necessary for clinical, safety, regulatory, or operational reasons.

05Your responsibilities

• provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself (or the patient you are booking for);
• follow any preparation or pre-test instructions we give you, as these can affect the accuracy of results;
